Quality and security certifications
We have installed the most modern control system to enhance the quality of our services, strengthen our market position and help protect the environment and information. “Skrivanek Group” was the first language service agency in Central and Eastern Europe to fully comply with EN ISO 9001 standards for quality management systems. We also acquired a “TÜV Süddeutschland Holding” certificate in 2002.
In addition, our EN 17100:2015 certificate confirms that the company’s quality system complies with translation standards.
As an environmentally friendly translation agency, we have put in place an environmental management system that meets EN ISO 14001:2004 standards.
We have also installed an information security management system (ISMS) that meets EN ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards to ensure the security of the information we work with.
Information security management system (ISMS)
The EN ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification that we have received for our installed information security management system confirms that our company has implemented measures for information security. We ensure security and confidentiality, meaning that our clients and partners can entrust us with sensitive and confidential documents.
EN ISO 14001:2004
Environmental management system (EMS)
The EN ISO 14001:2004 certificate we have acquired confirms that our translation agency helps protect the environment, achieving this through measures including the use of environmentally friendly technologies and materials, recycling and printing only essential documents.
EN ISO 9001:2008
Quality management system (QMS)
We have installed a quality management system that meets EN ISO 9001:2008 standards. This confirms that the agency has adopted and implemented procedures that ensure the quality of services we provide meets client requirements.
Translation management system (TMS)
We carry out work in accordance with EN 17100:2015 standards for the management of translation processes. These concern requirements for translator selection, communication with clients and suppliers, and project implementation. Other process management standards that we comply with also govern aspects such as other work procedures and technologies used.
