Confidentiality is ensured when submitting a whistleblowing report. A response will be provided no later than within two weeks of receipt of the report. Confirmation of receipt of the report will be provided within 3 business days.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

An anonymous written report, for example by email, or an oral report will not be considered a valid whistleblowing report.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If UAB \u201cSkrivanek\u201d determines that the matter does not fall within its competence, the report will be forwarded to the competent authority.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

THE WHISTLEBLOWER HAS THE RIGHT TO REPORT THE FOLLOWING BREACHES:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

corruption and fraud; breaches of ethical or professional standards; employee negligence or abuse of official position; breaches related to public procurement; unlawful or non-transparent use of public funds or assets; threats to public safety and health, or to a person\u2019s life or health; threats to the environment; threats to occupational safety; human rights violations; breaches of competition law; and other cases specified in the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A WHISTLEBLOWING REPORT?<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Knowingly submitting false statements, disclosing information constituting a state secret, or reporting solely on matters relating to personal interests.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If a person has submitted a request and did not indicate that it is a whistleblowing report, they may request that the submission be recognised as a whistleblowing report while it is still under review.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A WHISTLEBLOWING REPORT MAY BE SUBMITTED USING ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

the internal whistleblowing reporting system;
\nby contacting the competent authority.<\/p>\n

The internal whistleblowing reporting procedure is based on the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers. The purpose of the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers is to create appropriate conditions for reporting breaches of law that pose a threat to, or violate, the public interest; to ensure the prevention and disclosure of such breaches and the prosecution of persons who have committed them; and to ensure the protection of whistleblowers and the provision of support measures to them.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
