In order to improve the quality of the services we provide, strengthen our position in the market, and ensure the safety of information and environment, we have implemented the newest management systems. The Skrivanek Group has become the first company in central and eastern Europe to provide language services that correspond with the quality management standard EN ISO 9001 completely. We were also granted the “TÜV Suddeutschland Holding” certificate in 2002.
The certificate EN 17100:2015 which was granted to us confirms that the quality system of the company corresponds with the standards set for the field of translation.
We are an environmentally friendly company. As a result, we have implemented an environmental management system, that corresponds with the requirements set by the standard EN ISO 14001:2015.
In order to ensure the safety of the data we process; we have implemented an information safety management system that corresponds with the requirements set by the standard EN ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

Translation process management system
We work in accordance with the translation process management standard EN 17100:2015. This standard establishes translator requirements for translator recruitment, communication with clients, and project management. The process management standard also covers other work procedures, the use of technology etc.
