The procedure is outlined in the 1961 Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents. In this, it is clarified that certification is necessary for translated documents originally issued in the Republic of Lithuania to be considered legal by the authorities of other states covered by the Hague Convention.
DOCUMENT LEGALISATION REQUIREMENTS
